Candle Care & Safety

Before each burn, trim the wick to approximately ¼ inch and keep the wax pool clear of wick trimmings, matches and other debris.

Always place the candle on a stable, sturdy and heat-resistant surface or candle holder large enough to contain any melted wax. Burn the candle in a well-ventilated room and keep it away from drafts.

Burn for no longer than three hours at a time. Allow the candle to cool for at least two hours before relighting.

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep it away from anything that can catch fire and keep candles out of the reach of children and pets.

Do not burn the candle all the way down. Stop using it before the wax is completely depleted.

Use a candle snuffer to extinguish the flame whenever possible to help prevent hot wax from splattering.
