Processing Times
Many Witchery of the Woods products are made to order.
Please allow approximately 1–5 business days for production and processing before dispatch unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Some specialist products may require slightly longer production times.
Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the product type and destination.
Typical delivery times after production are:
- United States: approximately 2–8 business days
- United Kingdom: approximately 10–30 business days for many made-to-order home décor products
- Canada: delivery times vary by product
- Other supported international destinations: approximately 10–30 business days
We currently do not ship to EU countries.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and delays can occasionally occur with carriers, customs, or during busy seasonal periods.
Wallpaper
Wallpaper is produced separately from many of our other products and has a different delivery schedule.
Typical delivery after production is approximately:
- United Kingdom: 1–2 business days
- United States: 2–3 business days
- Canada: 2–3 business days
- Other supported international destinations: approximately 3–5 business days where available
For wallpaper delivered to the United Kingdom, United States, and Canada, import taxes and tariffs are covered, so customers should not normally receive additional customs charges on delivery.
Customers in other countries may be responsible for local customs duties or import taxes where applicable.
Wrapping Paper
Our premium wrapping paper is made to order and may require up to 3 business days for production before dispatch.
Delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination and shipping method.
Because wrapping paper is packaged carefully to protect it during transit, shipping can be more expensive than for smaller items. The exact shipping charge will be shown at checkout.
Split Shipments
Some products may be produced and dispatched separately.
This means that items from the same order may occasionally arrive in more than one parcel.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- the products in your order
- the size or weight of the items
- your delivery destination
- the available shipping method
The shipping price shown at checkout is the amount you will be charged.
Returns
We accept returns for defective products only.
Many Witchery of the Woods products are personalised, custom-designed, made to order, or produced specifically for your order.
These products cannot be returned because of:
- change of mind
- incorrect personalisation supplied by the customer
- buyer preference
If your item:
- arrives damaged
- arrives broken
- has a printing or production fault
- is materially different from what you ordered
please contact us as soon as possible.
Where appropriate, we will arrange either a replacement or refund.
Return Postage
If a physical return is required, the customer is responsible for return postage costs, unless we specifically agree otherwise.
