Shipping times vary but in general you should receive your items between 3-15 days after the orders have been processed. If you have not received your order after 20 days from shipping, not processing and shipping, please contact us so we can look into what has happened as nothing should take that long to get to you.
You will not be able to return any and all custom designed items. If there is a problem with your order, then contact us right away so we can look into it. If you item damaged when you receive it, again, contact us and we will take care of it for you. We want you to be happy with our products, so it there is a printing problem or it arrives broken, we will take care of it for you with either a free replacement or a refund.
