    Shipping and Delivery: The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

    Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are usually sent to our manufacturers for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed and payment is received. The manufacturer process the orders, which takes an additional 3–7 days. Since we do a lot of customization on our products, some of these estimated times can take longer, especially during the Christmas season.

    Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Outside of the US, delivery can take between 10-15 business days. US delivery orders usually arrive within 5-7 business days and are shipped by various means like the US Postal Service, UPS, FedEX or DHL depending on the size and weight of the item. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. Please allow up to 20 business days for delivery to a US address, and up to 25 business days for delivery to a non-US address. Note that for some countries, shipping may take longer than estimated.

    Products Shipped from the USA:  These can include almost all clothing designed by us under "Witchery of the Woods Clothing Line". These are t-shirts, hoodies, tanks and other products we have designed ourselves and get printed in the USA.  These items can take up to 2 weeks to process and ship.

    These size guides are for our clothing line.  Please make sure you measure twice and then order the correct size. I you like baggy clothes, order the next size up. We try to be as accurate as we can with the sizing as no one wants to have to return items.

    Please allow 1-5days for processing and printing orders, especially custom name drop and image products. Most products that are not custom printed will take about 1-4 days to process and ship. Shipping times vary but in general you should receive your items between 3-15 days after the orders have been processed.  If you have not received your order after 20 days from shipping, not processing and shipping, please contact us so we can look into what has happened as nothing should take that long to get to you.

    You will not be able to return any and all custom designed items.  If there is a problem with your order, then contact us right away so we can look into it. If you item damaged when you receive it, again, contact us and we will take care of it for you.  We want you to be happy with our products, so it there is a printing problem or it arrives broken, we will take care of it for you with either a free replacement or a refund.
